Did you have a summer filled with splurging? It is time shed those summer pounds & stave off the holiday temptations!!

Our 6-WEEK BOOT CAMP is a program designed to give you the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals. You will increase your endurance/strength/flexibility, reduce body fat & waist line, tone your body, and have a good time!

Men and women of all ages and levels are welcome.

All sessions are up to 90 minutes.

You must pre-register prior to November 7th.
