What are you doing after school?
Our youth fitness club program combines resistance circuit training with nutritional guidance and is designed for kids between the ages of 10 to 15 years. The assisted 45 minute program is a quality outlet that promotes self-esteem, healthy living, and improved fitness in a fun and positive environment.
YOUTH FITNESS CLUB
TUES. & THURS.
3:45 - 4:30PM
$15/session or $25/week
You must pre-register * NO WALK-INS
