Come and learn from a registered dietitian what people commonly eat that thwarts their attempts to lose weight or eat healthfully.

TO BE DISCUSSED: Restaurant choices, portion control, beverages that count as a meal, night eating syndrome, an cravings.

This will be a hands-on interactive workshop with "show and tell"
