College Center businesses would like to invite you to our First Annual Winter Open House.
Cardio Beat is offering complimentary workouts (personally designed for you) from 6-7:30pm. Space is limited & you MUST pre-register. Bring a unwrapped toy & be entered in our drawings for: A bike, One week of Youth Fitness Club, One week group training sessions, one week Baby Boot Camp classes, and much more. We will also be offering body fat testing.
(Our Toy drive will be donated to the Children Today foundation).
Euphoria will be offering free chair massage & discounts on products.
Anthony Roberts will be giving free haircuts.
Delightful Cafe will be sampling crapes & coffee.

6 WEEK BOOT CAMP

Did you have a summer filled with splurging? It is time shed those summer pounds & stave off the holiday temptations!!

Our 6-WEEK BOOT CAMP is a program designed to give you the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals. You will increase your endurance/strength/flexibility, reduce body fat & waist line, tone your body, and have a good time!

Men and women of all ages and levels are welcome.

All sessions are up to 90 minutes.

You must pre-register prior to November 7th.

What are you doing after school?
Our youth fitness club program combines resistance circuit training with nutritional guidance and is designed for kids between the ages of 10 to 15 years. The assisted 45 minute program is a quality outlet that promotes self-esteem, healthy living, and improved fitness in a fun and positive environment.
